Frequently Asked Questions

Really it's the day your booked!  Our professional guides find the best available snow conditions on any given day.

All guests are asked to watch our Ability Levels Video to help determine whether they are intermediate, advanced, or expert skiers or boarders.

We direct all of our clients to our skier ability levels to determine if their level is intermediate, advanced or expert. The skiing groups are determined by this stated ability.

Groups are formed based on this self-assessed ability level, which helps us create well-matched, cohesive teams—including those looking for a faster-paced experience.

It happens very occasionally that a day is cancelled, RK. Heliski averages only 3-5 cancelled days per season.
