Heliski is located directly within Panorama Mountain Resort and just down the road from the main village.
Depending on where you’re staying, you can either walk to the lodge or make the short drive and park for free. There’s no need to change accommodations, arrange a remote lodge transfer or add a separate destination to your trip.
Simply arrive at the lodge for your heli day and return to your Panorama accommodation when your day is complete.
If you’re confident skiing or riding black diamond terrain, in reasonable physical shape and comfortable managing variable snow conditions, you’re likely well suited for a heli day. Previous powder experience isn’t required.
Your guide is with you throughout the day selecting terrain that suits the group, helping you adjust to the conditions and making sure the experience feels manageable and fun.
All guests are asked to arrive at 8:00 a.m. for check-in at the RK. Heliski lodge. Your morning begins with a hot breakfast, followed by equipment fitting and mountain safety training. By approximately 10:00 a.m., you’ll be heading into the Purcells for your first run of the day.
Ski or ride with your guide, stop for lunch in the mountains and return to the lodge for après when your runs are complete.
The 3-Run Powder Adventure offers a shorter introduction to heliskiing. The 5-Run Powder Adventure is RK. Heliski’s most popular package and offers more time and vertical in the mountains.
Additional runs may be available depending on weather, conditions and operational minimums.
